Akiyah assists clients with information technology outsourcing and the preparation of technology and other commercial agreements.

Akiyah is a member of the outsourcing and technology practice and assists clients in preparing myriad outsourcing and technology agreements, and commercial contracting matters. She drafts terms of use contracts, master services agreements and other technology agreements. Akiyah also conducts due diligence and legal research.

Relevant Experience

  • Assists with the preparation and documentation of outsourcing transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and processes, including information technology and business process outsourcing.
  • Assists with the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts, including sales and purchase agreements, service agreements and software license agreements.
