Profile
Claire Fox Hodge is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. She thrives on tackling novel challenges and working with her clients to develop practical, innovative legal solutions.
Claire has handled a wide variety of complex civil and criminal cases through all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and dispositive motions; preparing corporate witnesses for deposition; responding to state and federal civil investigative demands; and managing large-scale document collection, review, and production projects. Passionate about proactively anticipating and mitigating litigation risks, Claire has also developed expertise in the areas of e-discovery and information management, including evaluating, drafting, and implementing corporate record retention policies and e-discovery procedures.
Prior to joining Bradley, Claire completed a fellowship in the Consumer Protection Division of the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, where she played an active role in investigating and preventing commercial misconduct.
