Profile
Jimena Ayala is a specialist in labor law. Her professional practice focuses on labor law consulting for domestic and foreign companies.
She advises on personnel hiring and termination mechanisms, as well as on the design of internal labor policies and social security matters. She intervenes in audits on compliance with legal obligations in her area of expertise and in labor outsourcing processes (outsourcing and intermediation).
She has participated in national and international argumentation competitions and was winner of the Honorable Mention award at Harvard National Model United Nations in Boston, United States (2018). She has been part of the Board of Directors of the Student Center of Universidad del Pacífico as Director of the Legal Area (2018).
