Margarita's expertise encompasses a wide range of issues, including labour dispute resolution, the development and implementation of incentive programs and compensation systems, productivity enhancement, the creation of internal policies and anti-corruption programs, conflict and mass layoff management, labour migration strategies, structuring employment relationships with top management, conducting corporate investigations, and building internal compliance systems, including employee feedback mechanisms. in labor disputes with a former CEO who challenged a motivational payment of 77 million rubles. Successfully defended the client’s interests in two court instances, confirming the legality of the calculations and payments despite media pressure.

One of the largest multinational telecommunications equipment manufacturers,
providing comprehensive support in a complex project involving the contentious dismissal of an employee, internal investigation, and legal proceedings that concluded with a complete victory for the client in the Supreme Court of Russia.

Global manufacturing company
in a complex international transaction requiring additional motivation for the top managers of participating companies. Developed a motivational support system, including bonus payments totaling over $500,000, accounting for changes in ownership structure and international labor law, ensuring the successful completion of the transaction.
