Profile
Michael Fischer is a partner and antitrust lawyer with Bradley. His practice focuses on merger clearance, non-merger investigations, litigation, and counseling. Michael assists clients across a range of industries, with deep experience in the healthcare industry – particularly with respect to hospital, physician, and other provider transactions and payor contracting.
Michael provides guidance through the entire merger process – from early planning on deal structure, to counseling on diligence and information sharing, to successfully advocating for clearance. He is also experienced in Hart-Scott-Rodino Act issues, including analysis of reportability and preparation of premerger notification filings. Michael has successfully defended clients in “second request” merger investigations, with responsibility for leading key e-discovery and fact development functions.
Michael regularly represents clients before the United States Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state competition regulators.
