Profile

Outside of MinterEllison, Virginia contributes to commerce and the community through a range of other leadership and advocacy positions, including Chief Executive Women, the Property Industry Foundation, and is a Champion of Change.

She is a former board member of the Property Council of Australia. the Committee for Sydney, the Corporate Mental Health Alliance and NSW Schools Infrastructure Advisory Committee.

In addition to her industry leadership, Virginia also holds multiple leadership roles within MinterEllison including being on the firm's Reconciliation Action Plan and its Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committees. She is also executive sponsor of the firm's LGBTQ+ network known as PRIME.
