Profile

Brian Maas is a member of Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group with more than two decades of experience representing both public and private clients in the healthcare real estate industry. Brian has significant experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, secured lending, leasing, joint ventures, and other complex transactions.

Prior to joining Bradley, Brian served as executive vice president and general counsel at a Nashville-based medical real estate company with over $3 billion of assets under management, as senior in-house counsel at one of the nation’s largest publicly traded healthcare REITs, and as an attorney with national and regional law firms. His extensive in-house experience enables him to provide clients with strategic advice on a wide range of topics beyond basic real estate matters and to approach transactions and such other matters with a distinctively practical perspective.
