Corinne practices corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and entity formation and financing. As part of her practice, she represents companies and entrepreneurs throughout the lifecycle of their business, from incorporation and capital raises, through the sale process. She also regularly represents strategic investors and private equity companies in the acquisition of the equity or assets of a business. She has represented clients, including real estate funds, private equity funds and early-stage companies, in raising capital through private offerings and debt transactions. Corinne has worked with clients across industries, including energy, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer products, and hospitality.
