Profile

Destiny focuses her practice on antitrust litigation, class actions, and client counseling. Destiny represents clients in a wide range of matters in both federal and state courts, including complex civil litigation, class actions, government investigations, and compliance counseling. She has experience with early investigation, discovery, and motion practice.

She also maintains an active pro bono practice and currently represents an indigent criminal defendant in partnership with the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project.

Prior to joining the firm, Destiny interned for Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson on the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and was the Janet D. Steiger Fellow in the Maryland Attorney General’s Office. During law school, she served as a volunteer tax preparer for the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program serving low-income individuals, persons living with disabilities, and the elderly. Before that, Destiny spent six years in retail banking and wealth management focused on high net worth clientele, alternative investments, and retirement planning.
