Edwing concentrates his practice on US business immigration law. He advises individual and corporate clients on a wide variety of US immigration matters and regulatory compliance.

He has represented corporate clients in various industries, including consumer products, retail, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy, transportation, and information technology. As an immigrant himself, Edwing understands the importance of carefully navigating the complex US immigration process while providing exceptional legal services.

Relevant Experience

  • Advise clients on PERM labor certification process and PERM Audits responses.
  • Advise clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, I-140.
  • Advise clients on adjustment of status, immigrant visa, and naturalization processes.
  • Develop strategies to prepare request for evidence (RFE) responses.
  • Represent clients during in-person interviews with immigration officials.
