Erin focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law.
Representing both public and private companies, Erin has significant experience in complex securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions, including related financing transactions and questions of corporate governance. Before joining Hunton & Williams LLP, Erin was a securities associate in a New York law firm, working on sophisticated 144A bond offerings, tender offers, consent solicitations and IPOs for private equity clients; advising public companies on their disclosure requirements under the US securities laws; and working on various financing and bankruptcy transactions.
