Faheem is an associate in the firm’s global technology, outsourcing and privacy practice group.

Faheem assists clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, technology agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work and software license agreements. He strategically evaluates risks within agreements to optimize outcomes for clients across several industries. Faheem has advised on commercial and procurement transactions for IT services, including managed services, consulting services, hosting services and SaaS. He also has experience collaborating with business executives to accelerate digital transformation through technologically enabled tools and processes. 

Prior to joining the firm, Faheem served as counsel for a global IT services company.

Relevant Experience

  • Advised on a $169M IT Infrastructure (Midrange, Enterprise Storage, End User Support, Service Desk and Network) transaction with one of the largest shipbuilders in the world.
  • Led a multimillion-dollar cloud security architecture transaction with a large health insurance provider.
  • Led a multimillion-dollar enterprise asset management (EAM) system implementation transaction with a public transportation agency.
  • Led a multimillion-dollar SaaS implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365, DXC Action Analytics) transaction with a national retail pharmacy chain.
  • Led a privileged access security (PAS) managed services transaction with a national electricity transmission company.
