Galit focuses her practice on employment litigation, employment advice, and counseling. Galit is a senior attorney on the labor and employment team. She litigates wage and hour class and collective actions, California representative Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, and single- and multi-plaintiff cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She advises employers on a variety of matters, including company policies, employee classifications, joint employment, discipline and termination decisions, accommodation, compensation practices, and noncompete agreements.

During law school, Galit served as an extern for the Honorable Gary A. Fees in the Central District of California (Ret.).
