Profile
Grayson Wells is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Groups. As a business litigator, Grayson represents business clients whether they are plaintiffs or defendants, especially in litigation involving technology and cybersecurity matters. Grayson also advises clients on cybersecurity regulatory and compliance issues, including compliance with the FTC Safeguards Rule and the various data breach notification requirements following cybersecurity incidents. Before becoming an attorney, Grayson spent more than a decade as a network engineer, both in the private sector and while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He then received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Journal. Grayson also holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Park University. Prior to joining Bradley, Grayson clerked for the Hon. Iain D. Johnston, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
