Profile

Julia Lehner is a senior associate in the Real Estate Team of Walder Wyss in Zurich. She specializes in construction and real estate law and advises clients in all aspects of real estate law, particularly in real estate transactions, tenancy law and private and public construction law. Her areas of practice include amongst other things the drafting and negotiation of agreements (in particular of purchase, construction and lease agreements as well as ground leases and easements), the performance of legal due diligences regarding real properties and development/construction projects as well as the representation of clients in real estate disputes. In addition, Julia Lehner also advices on general contract law.

Julia Lehner studied law at the University of Lucerne (BLaw 2011, MLaw 2013) and the University of Wollongong, Australia and was admitted to the bar in 2015. In 2024 Julia Lehner completed her studies as Certified Specialist SBA Construction and Real Estate Law. Before joining Walder Wyss in 2015, Julia Lehner gained working experience as a trainee in a reputable law firm in Lucerne and at a District Court in the Canton of Lucerne. During her studies she worked as a student research assistant at the University of Lucerne and in a law firm in Lucerne.

Julia Lehner's professional languages are German and English. She also speaks Spanish and has basic knowledge of French. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
