Profile

Lena Götzinger is an attorney in the Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology and Intellectual Property Team. She advises and represents companies on all questions of information and technology law, including the structuring and negotiation of outsourcing projects or the licensing of data. Further, she specializes in commercial administrative and public procurement law. She regularly represents domestic and foreign companies as well as the public sector in complex proceedings before Swiss authorities and courts.

Lena Götzinger studied Law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg (First State Examination, 2017) and at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant at a leading commercial law firm in Hamburg. During her legal clerkship she also worked in the legal department of a streaming provider in Stockholm and for a foundation promoting the rule of law in Singapore.

Admitted to the bar in 2020, Lena Götzinger advises her clients in German and English.
