I have a broad range of experience, all of which allows me to assist my clients with construction projects and services documentation, delivery and contract administration advice and resolution of disputes in the most commercial, cost effective, efficient and relationship preserving way.

Specific areas I support my clients in include preparation and negotiation of ECI contracts, minor and major works contracts and consultancy agreements, bespoke design and construct procurement related contracts, agreements for lease, project development agreements and a range of ancillary documents such as warranty deeds, construction licences, multi-party side deeds and tripartite agreements.

• Australian Catholic University: Advised in relation to a number of projects including development of Blacktown campus in conjunction with Blacktown City Council and the relocation of laboratories to Mount Street North Sydney campus.
• Local Council: Acted for Council negotiating successful project development agreement with GenesisCare for development of health and research hub in Campbelltown LGA.
• Construction contracts: Drafted and negotiated construction contracts for large projects on behalf of various key clients. This includes:

Campus redevelopment for Qantas (Mascot, NSW)

• Commonwealth Bank of Australia: Advised on behalf of CBA and negotiated construction contract terms for significant fit out works at BankWest headquarters in Perth, WA
• Westpac: Advised on Master Services Agreement for various projects. Also updated MSA with references to AS 4000
• Sedgwick: Drafted updated Master Services Agreement for engagement of contractors carrying out damage rectification works after an insurable event.
• Multiplex: Advised in relation to data centre construction contract.
• Combustible cladding: Drafted and negotiated contracts for rectification works on behalf of various clients.
