Mihael Pojbic joined Jadek & Pensa as an Associate in September 2023. He deals with tax law, mainly in the area of direct taxation. He gained experience in an international law and tax advisory firm with an emphasis on work related to transfer pricing, tax inspections and restructurings. During his studies, he participated in several international moot-court competitions, and during his full-time employment, he also completed an internship at the Ljubljana High Court. He regularly publishes tax and tax related articles and is an editor at one of Slovenia's monthly tax journals. A part of his time is also devoted to teaching and holding lectures in the field of tax law and social security.
