Navy’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation for leading technology, social media, and telecommunications companies.

Navy has experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery and drafting substantive pleadings and pretrial motions. Navy has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation involving data breaches, cybersecurity and privacy issues, trademark infringement, and contract disputes.

Navy is a contributing author to the firm’s Retail Law Resource Blog.

Navy also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on international law and human rights. She represents refugees from Central America and Afghanistan in asylum proceedings.
