Profile

Lewie’s practice focuses on structured finance and asset securitization transactions.

Lewie represents issuers, underwriters, servicers, originators and other market participants in securitizations involving residential and commercial mortgage loans. He also acts as counsel to sellers and purchasers of mortgage loans, servicing rights and REO properties.

Lewie advises clients regarding compliance with securities law and the potential impact of proposed and enacted regulatory reforms relating to capital markets.
