    • Assisted in representation of a private company in its investment in a clothing store chain.
    • Assisted in representation of a private equity fund in its acquisition of the assets of a designer and manufacturer of window, glass, aluminum, appliance and specialty products for recreational vehicles from a public company in a Chapter 11 Section 363 transaction.
