Profile

I have extensive experience in the review, preparation and negotiation of a wide range of novel, high profile or high value commercial agreements including supply agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, ambassador, sponsorship and marketing agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and other general commercial contracts and terms and conditions.

My technical skills and diverse industry and transaction experience allow me to meticulously identify material issues and craft elegant, holistic, practical and commercially minded solutions to complex and major contractual issues.

I provide many of my clients with a unique outsourced general counsel model involving assistance with on-going legal review work and transaction documents which allows me to work with these clients to build trusted relationships and develop a clear understanding of my clients' businesses from a strategic and operational perspective.
