I supervise the day-to-day retail leasing matters for a shopping centre, and work with clients in preparing, assigning and varying leases, and other subletting / licensing arrangements.

Our Gold Coast office is the sole provider of plan sealing services for a Local Government. I supervise these matters and act on a variety of other property related matters for Local Governments. My experience acting for developers and Local Governments affords me unique insight into the issues that arise during any subdivision / development projects.

I present to property professionals on leasing and other property related matters and have attended at the offices of Local Governments and agents to provide onsite training.

I am also an active member of the Gold Coast office’s InvolveME Committee, which carries out fundraising and other activities for multiple charities each year.
