Richard Pavlak is a senior environmental project analyst with more than 10 years of experience in environmental litigation and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on the Clean Air Act. In addition, he has extensive experience in Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act matters.
