Rosemary is an associate on the firm’s capital finance and real estate team.

Rosemary’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, owners, and developers in a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and development of commercial properties. She has experience with a variety of asset types including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and multi-family residential complexes.

Rosemary has an active pro bono practice focused on representing military veterans.

Relevant Experience

  • Assisted with the representation of an institutional lender with the origination of a $48 million mortgage loan secured by a multifamily apartment complex in North Carolina.
  • Assisted with the representation of a real estate investor in connection with the acquisition of a retail property in Minnesota.
  • Assisted with the representation of an institutional lender with the refinancing of a $400 million mortgage loan secured by a mixed-use retail and office building in New York.
