Relevant Experience

• Represented a preferred-equity member in connection with the investment in, and along with senior financing, acquisition of a 230-unit multifamily apartment complex in Texas.
• Represented LA-based multifamily investor in its $96 million disposition of an apartment community in Florida.
• Represented a preferred-equity member in connection with the investment in and acquisition of a mixed-use asset in Berkeley, California.
• Represented a capital partner in the joint venture acquisition and financing of a 212-unit multifamily apartment building.
• Represented a capital partner in the joint venture acquisition of a nearly two million sq. ft. retail center.
• Represented a national transportation company in the membership interest disposition and lease-back of a transportation facility.
