Spencer Hafen is an Attorney in the Firm’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Real Estate and Corporate practice groups. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Spencer previously worked in Beijing, China on international business transactions for China’s largest domestic law firm. Later, Spencer served as an extern for Magistrate Judge Paul Warner of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. In his career, Spencer has helped facilitate several hundred real estate and related transactions totaling over $2 billion in value.
