Profile

I enjoy working collaboratively with Australian, international and government clients to deliver complex corporate transactions and develop lasting relationships.

I have led teams advising on complex and large corporate transactions engaging with multiple stakeholders and advisers to deliver outcomes for clients. Those transactions have included mergers, acquisitions, privatisations and restructures in the traditional and social infrastructure, transport and tourism, renewable energy, electricity and technology sectors.

Clients value my pragmatic and collaborative approach and ability to deliver transaction outcomes.
