Sudarat focuses her practice on infrastructure and energy project development and financing, renewable energy, M&A transactions, corporate and commercial matters in the Asia Pacific region. Her practice focuses on energy, project development and finance, mergers and alliance acquisitions, international transactions as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth, Sudarat worked as an associate at Linklaters in Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore offices where she had experience in advising the clients on banking and projects, real estate, financial regulations, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
