Suzanne is a member of the global technology, outsourcing and privacy practice. She assists with the preparation and documentation of information technology and business processing transactions and licensing agreements. She drafts commercial contracts and other corporate agreements, and conducts legal research.

Relevant Experience

  • Assist a Fortune 200 company with the negotiation and documentation of several outsourcing transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and processes, including technology and service agreements.
  • Assist a large US financial institution with the negotiation and documentation of a comprehensive IT outsourcing transaction.
  • Assist a publicly traded Fortune 50 retail company with the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various software licensing and technology contracts.
