Tereza Simonyan is a corporate attorney and trusted advisor to domestic and international clients on a broad range of complex corporate transactions. Ms. Simonyan counsels clients at every stage of the business lifecycle, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, strategic transactions, licensing and distribution, employment, and a variety of other commercial matters. Ms. Simonyan also frequently acts as outside general counsel and thought-partner to achieve practical, creative and business-oriented results.

Ms. Simonyan advises clients in virtually every major business industry, including transportation, aviation, real estate development, construction, consumer products, food and beverage, technology, beauty, financial services, manufacturing, and retail.
