Wisara has more than 5 years of experience in the areas of capital markets and securities, M&A, banking and securities related laws and foreign direct investment, including tender offers for entire securities, delisting of shares from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, offering of new shares, and warrants by way of a right offering and acquisition of equity interest.
Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth, Wisara worked at another law firm practicing in the areas of capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions involving private and public companies, e-payment and non-bank lending business including regulatory and licensing requirements, foreign direct investment, commercial contracts, and general corporate advice.
