Carey Olsen announces new counsel within Bermuda employment law practice

Bradley has over ten years of experience advising clients on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. He also advises on all aspects of Bermuda immigration law, both for corporate and individual clients, in addition to data protection and privacy matters.

Bradley was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2011 and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2020. Before joining Carey Olsen in 2022, he was head of the Bermuda employment and immigration practice at another offshore law firm and worked for eight years in employment law at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in London.

Bradley graduated from Durham University with a degree in Law in 2006, passing the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of York in 2007. He has been recognised as a 'Rising Star' by Legal 500.

Carey Olsen partner, Jay Webster, commented: "Congratulations to Bradley on his thoroughly deserved promotion. His expertise and extensive experience in Bermuda employment law have made him a trusted adviser to clients across the industry and have significantly strengthened our team's employment law offering."
