Joint webinar ALRUD and Thomson Reuters

<p>On July 23, a joint webinar of <strong>ALRUD</strong> and <strong>Thomson Reuters</strong> <span data-color='#ff351b'>“Dialogue with business: search for effective solutions in a crisis”</span> was held.</p> <p>The webinar was held in the format of an open panel discussion, during which experts from ALRUD and Thomson Reuters spoke with business representatives about what situations companies face in times of instability and what tools can be used to solve emerging difficulties.</p> <p>During the discussion, in particular, the following issues were raised:</p> <ul> <li>Debt collection in crisis,</li> <li>Performance of obligations in case of bankruptcy of the counterparty,</li> <li>Change and termination of obligations due to unforeseen circumstances,</li> <li>Practical aspects of crisis contract work.</li> </ul> <p>The speakers were <a href="https://www.alrud.com/partner/MariaOstashenko" title="Maria Ostashenko">Maria Ostashenko</a>, ALRUD Partner and Head of Commercial, Intellectual property, Data Protection and Cybersecurity practices, <span data-color='#ff351b'>Ksenia Erokhina</span>, ALRUD Senior Associate and <span data-color='#ff351b'>Ilona Golovkina</span>, Territorial sales Manager in Thomson Reuters.</p> <p>Invited speakers from business were: <span data-color='#ff351b'>Egor Nuzhdin</span>, Legal Director of <strong>Kraft Heinz</strong> in Russia, Poland, Ukraine and the CIS, and <span data-color='#ff351b'>Vyacheslav Bochkarev</span>, Senior lawyer, legal support of <strong>SIBUR</strong>.</p>
