Han Kun Authors China Chapter of the Healthcare Law Review

The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research recently published its inaugural edition of The Healthcare Law Review (2017). Han Kun partner Mr. Zhu Min authored the China chapter. Han Kun was the only PRC-headquartered law firm to contribute to the book. Han Kun associate Ms. Wei Wei also contributed to the writing of the article.
The Healthcare Law Review introduces the healthcare regulatory environment in 16 different jurisdictions, with contributions from healthcare practitioners from different countries and jurisdictions who share their first-hand experience with healthcare business operations, including their observations on the healthcare industry, primary healthcare service systems, the licensing of healthcare providers and professionals, and issues of interest involving healthcare business operations in their respective jurisdictions.
