Han Kun adds dispute resolution partner

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Mr. Chen Xianglin has joined the firm as a partner. Mr. Chen works primarily in the firm's Beijing office.
Mr. Chen focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration and cross border commercial dispute resolution. He has significant experience resolving corporate governance disputes, product quality disputes, technology development agreement disputes, and real estate and construction project disputes. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Chen worked for many years at another leading law firm in China. Mr. Chen graduated from Harvard Law School with a LL.M. degree and from Peking University with a Master of Laws degree.
Mr. Chen has represented Chinese clients before the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and American Arbitration Association (AAA); and domestic and foreign clients at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC). He has also assisted foreign clients in dealing with a large number of complex commercial disputes before Chinese courts at different levels. Mr. Chen has also written articles and is a frequent speaker on topics related to Chinese litigation and arbitration practice.
We believe that Han Kun will further strengthen its dispute resolution practice with the appointment of Mr. Chen to the firm.
