The development of Internet technology has deeply penetrated financial models, and the combination of the Internet and finance has spawned an innovative "Internet finance", which is increasingly becoming a supplement to the traditional financial system. However, the rapid development of Internet finance is accompanied by a series of problems. Recently, Han Kun partner Wan Jun was invited by Thomson Reuters Practical Law China to author an article to introduce Internet financial services in China.

The article outlines the regulatory framework governing the Internet finance industry in China, and the licensing and compliance requirements for various types of Internet financial services, including online payments, P2P lending, crowdfunding and Internet asset management, which can serve as a practical guide for enterprises engaged in Internet finance in China.
