Han Kun shortlisted as "PRC Firm, Hong Kong Office of the Year", and two Han Kun-advised deals shortlisted for "M&A Deal of the Year" in the Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2017

Finalists have recently been announced in the Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2017. Han Kun has been shortlisted as "PRC Firm, Hong Kong Office of the Year", and two Han Kun-advised deals have been shortlisted for "M&A Deal of the Year".
The deals are:
1. M&A Deal of the Year (Midsize) –Wal-Mart Stores - JD.com's Strategic Alliance
2. M&A Deal of the Year (Premium) – Didi's Acquisition of Uber
The Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2017, an annual celebration of legal excellence in Hong Kong has come to its 16th year. These prestigious awards pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams from Hong Kong and the region and highlight the excellent deals with Hong Kong elements. The winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony held on September 8, 2017 in Hong Kong.
