Han Kun Authored the China Chapter of The Initial Public Offerings Law Review

The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research recently published its inaugural edition of The Initial Public Offerings Law Review (2017). Han Kun partner Ms. Chen Yang and Mr. Zhi Bin authored the China chapter. Han Kun was the only PRC-headquartered law firm to contribute to the book. Han Kun associate Ms. Zhang Zhao also contributed to the writing of the article.
The Initial Public Offerings Law Review introduces the IPO regulatory environment in 16 different jurisdictions, with contributions from IPO practitioners from different countries and jurisdictions who share their first-hand experience with IPO transactions, including their observations on IPO procedures, regulatory and transaction requirements and issues of interest during the IPO process in their respective jurisdictions.
