Han Kun Representing MOMO to Invalidate Trademark Cybersquatting Compiled Into the Typical Trademark Review Cases of 2016

Han Kun represented MOMO in a case to invalidate trademark cybersquatting which was compiled into the “Typical Trademark Review Cases of 2016” that was recently released by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
