On February 14 the CCI France Russie HR Committee held a meeting themed 'Employer brand: from HR marketing to labour disputes'.
Margarita Egiazarova, Senior Associate in the Labour and Employment Practice at ALRUD Law Firm, PhD in Law, spoke on “Labour discipline management as a tool for prevention of labour disputes”.
The session also covered such topics as HR brand promotion, implementation of current EVP, trends in litigation practice in 2022, and expectations for 2023.
