On 14 December 2022, the HR Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce met to exchange ideas and information on human resources development and management and to discuss labour law, tax and migration legislation and other issues affecting the field of human resources management.
Anastasia Petrova, Of Counsel in ALRUD Labour and Employment Practice, spoke at the meeting on “Legal aspects of employee relocation: Russian employment law perspective”. It is a highly topical issue, so it resonated widely with the audience.
