On April 24-27, 2024, Emi Rowse had the honor of joining a distinguished panel of experts from various jurisdictions to share invaluable insights on the pressing topic: “Minority Report: Corporate Governance, Directors, and the State of Shareholder Navigation Playbook” during the IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference in Tokyo. The Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) is an international association of business and commercial lawyers who live in, or otherwise have a strong interest in, the Asia-Pacific Region.
