Metro Detroit Attorney Andrey Tomkiw Named One of DBusiness Magazine's 2018 Top Lawyers

Dinsmore partner Andrey Tomkiw has been named one of the 2018 Top Lawyers in Metro Detroit by DBusiness Magazine.
Tomkiw, based in Troy, received accolades for his labor and employment practice. This is the 8th year in a row he's been recognized by the magazine as a top attorney. To compile the 2018 Top Lawyers Survey, the magazine polled 19,000 attorneys in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, and Livingston counties. Each attorney was asked to nominate lawyers among 50 legal specialties.
Tomkiw counsels business owners on a range of issues including litigation avoidance, wage and hour, general corporate matters, and sophisticated employee relations. His extensive litigation experience includes sophisticated employment defense litigation, non-compete enforcement, shareholder dispute litigation, and other complex employment matters. He has represented business owners in front of numerous state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Unemployment Insurance Agency and the Department of Labor. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Tomkiw was the managing member of Tomkiw Mackewich, plc, a Royal Oak-based business boutique law firm.
