Tony Busch Joins Dinsmore’s Cincinnati Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP welcomes Tony Busch to its Cincinnati office. Busch joins the firm as an associate in the commercial litigation practice group, where he will assist the False Claims Act team.

Prior to Dinsmore, Busch worked in the Government Contracts Practice at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. While there, Busch counseled federal contractors on FAR and DFARS compliance questions, prepared requests for equitable adjustments, represented federal contractors in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, and advised businesses with export controls and sanctions questions.

Busch earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was a staff editor for the Global Studies Law Review and a CALI recipient. While in law school, he interned at the US Office of Special Counsel in Washington, DC, the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri in St. Louis, MO, and the Institute for Justice in Seattle, WA.

Busch earned a B.S. in corporate finance and international business with a minor in political science from the University of South Carolina. Busch studied Arabic in Syria and Jordan through Boren and Rotary scholarships, and then worked as a Foreign Media Analyst at US Central Command in Tampa, FL for four years.
