Dinsmore Partners Serve West Virginia Chamber Committees

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s Mark A. Carter and Anna M. Dailey have been named committee chairs of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

Carter has been named chair of the Human Resources Committee. The HR committee recommends and implements policies which can improve discussions and collaboration between the state’s businesses and labor communities. As Dinsmore’s labor practice group chair, Carter has a national practice focused on advising employers on all aspects of relationships with labor unions. Carter has advised and represented employers throughout the United States in corporate campaigns, collective bargaining, arbitrations and federal litigation involving labor unions as well as serving employers in employment litigation.

Dailey has been named chair of the Civil Justice Committee, which monitors the actions of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia through Court Watch and seeks ways to inform chamber members and the public about the importance of judiciary action. Dailey is the Charleston office managing partner and her experience in handling a variety of labor and employment matters for clients enables her to become a trusted partner when problems arise.
