Paralegal

Johanne Larochelle is a paralegal and works in the area of financing. She prepares letters of offer, movable and immovable hypothecs, and other real estate contracts.

Ms. Larochelle looks after mortgage registrations and postponements in the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRR) and registrations in the land register.

Ms. Larochelle does searches in the land register, the RPMRR, and the Enterprise Registrar, and then analyzes the results.
