WSG tax members are involved in all aspects of international, federal, state and local tax planning and consulting, representation in administrative tax controversies and legislative tax matters, and tax litigation in federal and state courts.

The members advise clients with respect to a broad range tax planning issues and in the structuring of tax-sensitive domestic and international business transactions, including business formations, acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, spin-offs, corporate restructurings and dissolutions.

Members have substantial experience representing taxpayers in tax audits, ruling requests and administrative. Members also provide advice and testimony in connection with a variety of legislative tax matters. Members have a broad range of clients, including publicly-traded corporations, closely-held business enterprises, individuals, trusts, estates and non-profit organizations.
